Hosting, servers, domains and related services may be suspended for non-payment, abuse, spam, illegal activity or security risks. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups unless backup services are specifically included. Domain registrations, renewals and third-party services are generally non-refundable. Service availability is not guaranteed and Emaila Cloud is not liable for indirect loss, data loss or business interruption to the extent permitted by law.
